The breakfast and room size were good, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. We also appreciated the free internet and the fact that our room was cleaned when we requested it.

The staff were unhelpful and the minibar in our room didn't work. It was frustrating to pay so much money for a hotel and not have basic amenities working properly.

5-star hotel in Macau. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop. Located within a walk to nam van lake, which is about 600 feet away.

Can’t fault anything about it.

The room was spacious and luxurious. the free breakfast had a variety of options including both Chinese and Western dishes. the hotel also offered free internet and a convenient location near popular attractions.

Some of the hotel staff only spoke Cantonese and communication was a bit challenging at times. the security staff in the casino area were too aggressive in their stares and made us uncomfortable.
